What a beautiful comment--we are both so touched and inspired by it. It really makes me want to run out and blog right now--and forget about the manuscripts piling on my desk from my day job (that's Rhona speaking--Candida would be in an awkward position with her clients).

Thank you also for sharing the site with your social networks. Meanwhile, I got a double-treat by your commenting. When I went to check you out [you're just a 'Jed' in shadows to me here, I was privileged to see some amazingly fantastic visual work--and, you can't imagine what a bleeding heart fan I am on many levels, but your "Wild Flowers, Dicentra Spectabilis, Korea 2004" is so lovely as to take my breath away. How lucky I am that you stopped by.

Let's continue to enjoy each other, in the best of health.

You know--it's kind of quirky, but the app I bought and reviewed here--and what was then known as "MoodTrak"--has apparently since recreated itself (although in essence it is exactly the same), and is now known as--ready for the big transformation?--MoodTrack. in the app store it's known as "Moodtrack Diary," probably because the one you're asking about already has its wanted name.

I think the other MoodTrack is similar in a number of ways--like in the former you can track your mood multiple times a day, which I think is a big plus--and this one allows even more of an explanation to accompany the score your give your mood--another thumbs up. To me it's most crucial advantage over the other one with the same name is that it's not public--a privilege worth paying for, in my mind--but it's still free.

Seems like it might be worth a try, if you're in the market for mood tracking. And let me know how it goes.

Well, a hearty thank you for your compliment on the blog. I feel like anyone who compliments my blog is a friend for life.

And it makes me wish I could help you more with your writing issue--but I'm a fairly impulsive person in general--which I don't recommend--but it's kind of how the writing works, too. I spend hours over the course of days doing research on the topics--much, much, much time, with no writing.

And then, suddenly, I have an idea, and a way to start--and away we go.

I realize that's not that illuminating, but I think I would just say you need to wait until you've got that urge to go--and if you sit down THEN, once you know what you want to say, your time wasted should decrease significantly.

Hope that helps.

First of all I would like to say awesome blog!
I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.

I was curious to know how you center yourself
and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thank you!
