See if there’s anything helpful–and please do let me know if you’ve been consistently using an app that you find useful. (A tip from Lizzie from Running Naked With Scissors turned me on to MoodTrak, which I hadn’t come across before, and which, when I posted on it, found itself making inroads with the WordPress crowd. Word of blog mouth makes a difference.)
Happy mood tracking.

I’ve been using Optimism fairly consistently lately. I keep meaning to blog about it but haven’t gotten to it just yet.

I have a several happy customers with Optimism, too. My major complaints about it is that there’s no way to keep track of medicine on it–and it’d be helpful if it graphed all that data that it puts into a report. Reading through all those numbers is heavy slogging. But a great app, nonetheless. I’m happy you’re finding it useful.
